An MNT Router Account transferred to Veri Cred

I had an MTN router contract that I was paying for on a monthly basis. I stopped paying because I was unemployed and couldn't afford to. My account was transferred from MNT to Veri Cred. Veri Cred never explained how the payment process should work; they told me I could pay whatever amount I wanted, and I agreed to pay R300 per month. In February, I paid R1 300 (They deducted 300 per usual, and I later called to ask them to deduct another R1000 so I could circle my outstanding balance on time).

on the 26 February 2022, they did not deduct any remaining amount as agreed on and I called to find out why they did not deduct the remaining amount so, I can get the clearance letter. They informed me that my account had been closed by MNT. I went to MNT branch to ask additional questions and seek assistance, but I did not receive any much help even the Legal Administrator did not return the email Lesego Matsie sent on my behave.

From February to April 7, 2022 I went up and down trying to resolve my situation however, I haven't received any assistance even now.
