An honest review of MTN FLTE

Paying for a 20Mb line, which works great between 2am and 4am, if however, you want to use it during peak times, you will get throttled down to 3Mb down while still maintaining the 20Mb upload. And there is no way to hold them accountable due to the limited internet options available in certain areas. And when we have loadshedding, prepare yourself to contact their coverage desk (only available during certain office hours) daily. If you are lucky, they'll pretend to do something about the issue. More than likely though you'll be told to contact an entirely different department, who will eventually just tell you to contact their coverage department again. If we had to pay them relative to the quality of their service or at the very least relative to how often we actually receive the service we agreed to pay for, we'd probably be paying them a 10th of what they charge every month. Fibre cannot arrive in my area soon enough.
