An Absolute Joke

I bought a Huawei Nova 11i at MTN in October 2023 & not even a month later I'm having issues with the phone baring in mind it's a brand new phone but apps just close willy nilly like YouTube, TikTok etc....... Now I'm told it wi take 3/4 weeks for them to do a Warranty Assessment all the while Im without a phone when I can't be.

Why should I be inconvenienced MTN when it's your device that's s faulty & now cause me distress??????
