Amounts going off on my cellphone, that is not me
Since the 2nd of April, I have been trying to find out what is going on, on my cellphone account. I keep on getting sms stating that that I am either half way through my internet bundle (although its sitting on more than 4gig) or that I am nearing my usage limit (then I am sitting on 160 minutes talk time and 160sms still available). When I phoned in the beginning of april, I was told that I have switched on roaming and that is the charges that are going off. No one can tell me the number that is being called. I just have to accept it. Oh yes and I did not switch roaming on. Then they could not disable it. Till today its still enabled. Oh yes and it does not help phoning 808. Phoned 4 times this morning (before 8am). It cuts off after you hold on for ten minutes or so. Pathetic service
