amount owed

i have a huge problem with MTN that i have been writting to this channel since last year. my account was transfered to the lawyers without warning or an explanation. i am now paying R400 per month to the lawyers that i have been transfered too, but when i get statements, i owe more money than MTN claimed i owe. my other issue is that there where months that MTN claimed they did not receive my payments, i then emailed my six months bank statement to the lawyers showing the amounts transfered to them including June, but i was transfered to the lawyers in July. i wanted to change my payment date but no one answered the phones as MTN was on strike. i now am told i need to pay R2000.00 to be transfered back to MN but i do not know where the money i have been paying is going too, or the amount i payed prior to being handed over to lawyers went as i still owe R 14 000.00 when the phone i took was less then that. please could someone call me on ***, my id number is ***. i need to know what is going on as i can not be employed permanently at work due to the bad record from MTN.
