Amount due is 2 months combined
Last month I paid over r800 for 2 contracts which alarmed me but rememberd on one number there was very lengthy calls made to the bank so let it slide. This month after canceling one contact 2 months ago my balance due is r900 odd??? I called 808 at 11:26 and screamed at and ended up hanging up on an agent Cleopatra Ogle I think ( I was belligerent and I apologise for my behaviour towards her, she was just in the the firing line, nothing personal). She told me last month and this month's statement are combined. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS MTN??? Why cant you just issue a balance due indicating dates at least??? I don't even want to talk about your emailed statements that refuse to open on my tablet. Why do you do UNNECESSARILY FRUSTRATE CUSTOMERS??? I'm seriously gatvol with you guys, I had 5 contracts with you, now I'm down to 1, soon to be none. If this r900 odd comes off my account next month there is going to be SERIOUS PROBLEMS for you guys.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes
Kindly note that the information given to you was correct, as our records indicate you have 2 numbers on this account and the amount billed was for both the numbers put together for one months invoice only, however that does not mean you you will be paying that amount at the end of this month because you are billed a month in arrears.
