Amount bought on voucher not reflecting as balance

Bought a R180 prepaid voucher from my local Picknpay yesterday. After I loaded it it showed a balance of about R30. Trying to get through to a consultant is just not happening. Since yesterday I’ve tried to query this issue and still when you dial 136 they say they can’t provide any self service now, try again later!! I’ve been trying for 2 days!!!
