<p>Still trying to convert a contract account/number to prepaid but even my previous complaint on Hellopeter was not addressed by Customer compliants/service division. It definately appears that MTN does not want you to convert to prepaid and make it impossible for you to do so because these low lives have a debit order on your account and that is very convenient because it is guaranteed income for them every month sothey will lead you on and promise the earth and never do anything about your request even though you have a reference number it means nothing..Again I have been debitted for a contract which is supposed to be on prepaid months ago....Well done MTN ..you are up there with the rest of the rogue companies who conveniently ***** money from people. Now why dont you refund all these monthly deductions on my account and convert this number to prepaid like I asked.</p>
