Amazing Staff member

I just want to take a moment to thank one of your awesome staff members Precious. She has been nothing but helpful and patient with a smile on her face while struggling with the new MTN system due to the migration. The system has been giving a lot of problems and something that should be taking 10 minutes is dragging for days. She has really made such an effort to assist me and regardless of how frustrating the situation is she always manages to get a smile on my face. She is really an asset to MTN.

I do hope MTN has plan of action to sort out this migration taking place as it is not only inconveniencing clients but it's stressful for the staff having to deal with not only a system that is not working but a lot of irate customers.
