Amazing service from MTN.

I was pleasantly surprised when MTN called and told me I was on the wrong package, as determined by my needs and usage. The kind lady suggested that I get a package with more data and less minutes, as this was shown by my usage. This contract change was free of charge and no increase in cost. I would like to thank MTN and their staff for being observant and providing exceptional customer care.
