Amazing service at MTM Ballito Junction

I would like to recommend Nonkosi Dlamini, who works at MTN Ballito Junction, for her excellent service. When I went there on the 6th July 2022 to renew my contract and upgrade my cellphone, not only did she process the renewal efficiently but she took time to show me how the new phone worked and told me to come back at any time if I encountered any difficulties while using it. As a technically challenged 78-year-old, I was very reluctant to get a new phone because I thought it would be difficult adapting to a new phone, but thanks to Noni's help, the transition has been fine.
