Amazing servcice received from Team Member - Dinesh Kowlasar

Absolutely delighted with the level of service received from Dinesh Kowlasar from the complaint management Team. Dinesh was able to resolve my query in couple hours time, where as other staff members took more than two months and till today was not able to resolve the matter. I previously interacted with 4 other staff (dealer, head office and call centre) and none of them could assist me, and yet one component individual was able to resolve my issue within hours. This is the calibre of people that you require within the business, or else you will continue to be a pain in the consumers life. I actually hate dealing with your dealers, because they can never get anything right, and therefore will not be spending a single extra cent with you guys.
