Amazing Experience @ MTN Gatemax!!!

Good Day

I'd like to take a moment and comment on how pleasantly surprised I was by a Lady by the name of Mbalenhle Khanyile from the MTN Gatemax store in Umhlanga.

We are all too quick to complain, but forget to compliment when it is due.

Mbalenhle was Incredibly Professional, Efficient and Friendly during my upgrade process and truly made my day.

She even went out of her way and made sure that my other contract phones were on the best packages for my needs!!!

MTN - you have a true asset here, and I would appreciate it if you made you know how Amazing she is.
