Am not happy

I bought a hawai cellphone @ mtn shop in Alberton on end of October 2018 and on second week of November it has a speaker problem and I returned it janine told me that they going to call me in second week to come and fetch it I didn't get anything I've been calling them no one is giving me when iam going to get my phone back and it's a contract phone they do deduct and I dnt have the phone in my hand
