Am I forfeiting my prize?

As a loyal mtn contract customer, I was delighted when I won a Samsung tablet in the mtn spin and win competition, after receiving my sms notification stating i will be contacted in 2 working days, 5 days has elapsed and no phone call or email or sms? I called the customer care and according to them I forfeited but nobody has contacted me
