Am being ****** my money and it’s disgusting

I had an MTN WiFi which I kept till it was on a month to month and decided to cancel it end of October 2025 and to my surprise I was still debited in November and December and I didn’t think much of it and to my surprise they debited again now in Jan am trying to call them and their IVR is ridiculous one can’t get through to a consultant I need explanation as to why am I still debited whereas I cancelled in October already , answer me now before I go to the store and cause the most unseen scene , my ID number is ***
