Always third party and not MTN

Always third party and never MTN faults did a contract with MTN about 5 months ago waited over month to know if im approved or not now my hubby was in a ******* and the phone screen broke, was referred by Facebook MTN to go into store to get a screen replacement, went to the shop in East Rand Mall, what a shame everything is the third party fault, can't get a screen replacement cause the third party that did my contract didn't tell me to register for the Huawei 100 day screen replacement. My Caller ID is showing Tshepo also not MTN fault cause its a third party that does the caller ID even though MTN is the main service provider. Call the call centre what another disgrace its forever closed, sent emails get nothing in return. Only get your money by the 12 of every month. When u did the contract I wasn't even offered insurance, everything is everyone else fault except MTN wonder if they go.bankrupt will it also be third party fault. So bad that they can't even phone to get a quote to fix my phone or even tried helping me, the one guy that's working for MTN doesn't even know where he belong, he doesn't even know what to answer me on my questions. Really considering closing this contract and go somewhere else clearly the third parties is making more than enough money for MTN
