Always stories.

This is the worst company ever to deal with. I have been trying to cancel a contract for days now. Each time I call in they say the system is down. It’s super easy to open a contract. When I opened my contract the system was down but they opened it any ways. Now that I want to cancel it and the system is down I can’t. They say call back in a hour. You call back they say call back in 24 hours. You call back a weekend later and it’s the same story. Now my contract has started a new month and I can almost promise you that they going to tell me I got to pay the whole new month before they cancel it. Then there will be damn issues again and reasons I can’t cancel it. All I want to do is cancel a useless contract with a useless provider.
