Always out of Stock!

My husband and I have been trying to renew our contracts with MTN since 15 June 2015. We visited the store over 6 times and each time were told they do not have stock of the phone we want. The sales guy has stopped taking our calls! We were given the number for the store *** but its either on voicemail or it just rings! We do understand that there was a strike on and we have been very patient..but alas patient is no longer what we are! They keep telling us they will order the phones for us. When we call they say stock has come in but sorry your phones did not come in this stock delivery. I will call you in a few days when we get the next delivery. I end up calling to find out whats going on! It is ****** ridiculous that MTN advertises for phones, even when the strike was on, but do not have stock of it! Even MTN direct did not know that these phones were advertised! One month later and still no one answering their phones at MTN.<br>
