ALWAYS A ISSUE FOR ANY SERVICE WITH MTN

I have now sent 7 e-mails requesting tax invoices for this new tax year 2021 which I can supply to sars. What seems to be the problem?. The tax year is from 1 March 2020 to 28 February 2021. I need these emailed to me. I now want a manager to call me and my next step is too cancel my contract . It's a mission with MTN for anything all the time !
