*****alnt debit deductions made by MTN

MTN has for the past 3 months debited large amounts off my account and i do not even have a contract with them. I reported this to their ***** department every month this has happened and every time they say that it will not happen again. You have to mail them, and they say it will take 20 business days to resolve, at times they do not even come back to. After the 20 business days you would find your account being frequently debited again. No one cares or takes responsibility. I had to go so far to lay a charge with SAPS.
