Almost two weeks and still no feedback

To whom it may concern:<br> <br> I was in an armed ******* last week Tuesday the 12th at 19:20. From 19:40 on the 12th I have been trying to block my sim and black list the phone. On the night of the 12th I called 0831 808. The 1st time I was on hold for 19 minutes, I dropped the call, the second time 15 minutes I dropped the call, and the third time for 6 minutes I dropped the call. The next morning of the 13th I got hold of Mpho who blocked my sim , reference for the call ***. She said I must call back later to give the details of the phone that must be blocked, don't know why I had to call back as I had everything with me. I then tried calling the required number until about 13:00 with no luck. I then went into your Alberton branch to help. What a waste of time!! Adelice, who was not really interested in helping me, also tried calling MTN, she hold on for 15 minutes and decided to send an email requesting the phone to be blocked. She made a copy of everything I had and mailed MTN (reference I received ***0).
