Almost d 3rd month still no delivery,no call ,money deducted- UV***

Em I paying for a simcard here or wat - um so disappointed by MTN Direct Sales , Um calling everyday no one willing to assist me _how long does it take for MTN to receive a return number from DSV ,I returned the phone on the 23 September ,DSV confirmed that they sent the device to MTN ,MTN warehouse confirms that they received the device .
