ALMOST 2 HOURS ON HOLD

I have been on HOLD for almost 2 hours trying to get through to the contracts department in order to establish why I am not receiving my sms's abroad as it has previously confirmed that my roaming sms service is activated. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
