Allsolve Accounting vs MTN

Allsolve skipped a payment on a laptop account and being on a 30 day account went to pay the total outstanding account to find out that the account was suspended and handed to legal (This at 30 days, why do you then have 60 and 90 days outstanding on your system) I still paid the total outstanding after which my account wasn't switched on again. I phoned several times and eventually drove from Mosselbay to George (as the MTN in Mosselbay is totally ***********) to see what is going on. Wendy Du Pree promised that the situation would be resolved. I started phoning again without answer an drove to George again. She wrote a note on the system (which at least she sent me a copy as well) to head office or who knows where as no one ever answered. I then started receiving notes from VVM Attorneys and contacted them. I phoned several times to get hold of Karin van der Venter. Still no answers or replies. In the meantime they listed me and my business is suffering as I am not able to expand. This is enough, MTN just carries on without giving service and then holds us responsible for their actions!
