Allmost 2 weeks and still no delivery
<p>It would seem that it was to my misfortune that I was gullable enough to fall for MTN's Cyber monday deal, Where they promised 50 GIGs free per month with selected contracts. I upgraded to their My Choice +S and the upgrade went through. But yet Here I am allmost 2 weeks later still waiting for both my 50Gigs data, (I did recieve my 30 GigsOnce off and 1.4 Gig pro rata of the 2 Gig standard with the contract.) and I am STILL waiting for my Phone when I was promised It would be delivered in 7 days. I phoned MTN on Tuesday when I was informed the upgrade was placed and approved but the instuction was never released to RTT their courier.The lady that helped me promised me that she would releae the auothorisation to RTT and escalate the matter to upper management. two days later and still no feedback, no phone and no data... Pathetic.</p>
