All round poor show - Upgrades, Cancellations

I do not complain often but I am honestly at a loss for words. When someone describes service they have received as "pathetic" I usually cringe but I have no other word to explain how totally useless the service I have received over a number of weeks have been.

At this point, all I want is to cancel my contract - but even that is proving impossible! No communication skills, shrugging of the shoulders and passing the buck seems to be the "competencies" you require to work at MTN.

Wow. Just WOW. You should be ashamed.
