ALL NETWORKS ARE ****

This morning, out of the blue, i got an SMS from MTNZA saying that my account has been suspended. I sit on the phone to the customer care (808) for 2 hours with no answer! I go to the MTN store and they say that my account hasn't been paid yet on the 1st of October the full amount was debited from my account. The lady informs me that before i can use my account i have to pay a further R210.40. So this month i paid R410.40 to you *******!!!!!

I am sure there must be something in the consumers protection act to help me get out of this contract. The services is shocking!

And I feel like I've been cheated!!

Very unhappy with the services from the customer services and store!

I saw that after i had to make a plan to see what happened since i had no internet the entire day. And i have a bank statment proving that i had more than enough money in my account for that debit order so i want to know why it didn't go through? You are no charging me R11.40 for something that wasn't my fault? My bank statement proofs that it wasn't an error on my side. And you failed to inform me on what happened? And then i phone customer care just now and the guy tells me that a this happened to a bunch of FNB clients proving that it isn't our error yet we get penalized?
