All my data gone
Good day,
On Saturday I was in a Wi-Fi hotspot, when I recieved a message that all my data is being depleted. I had about a 100Mb of data, and R15 worth of airtime, all being depleted on data I supposed. My question is how? I am in a Wifi Hotspot, my data connection being turned off, how?

We evaluated your account and it shows Internet transactions on the 20th around 11:34 you had 82.71 MB there was Internet connection at 11:54 that took the bundles you had.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
