All I want is to cancel my non working contract!!

I'm a loyal 6 Year customer off MTN .Recently I have a problem on my contract ,I cant use data (keeps on saying no funds) even though I have data !! Cant make outgoing calls!! I tried to get hold of the customer care 3 days now !! Absolutely useless, I could've upgraded 5 Months ago to new handset , I'm so glad I did not ... Can anybody PLEASE call me so that I can cancel my contract? If not I will just send a letter and CANCEL your payment . Your service is a damn JOKE. <br> <br> Rudou Lubbe<br>
