ALL I WANT IS A URL REPORT

<p>I have tried for two weeks to obtain a URL report from MTN for my 3G sim. I have spoken to the call centre a number of times, have been given two reference numbers as part of their "escalation" procedure, and still I wait for sometihng that is the simplest thing in the world to produce - an excel spreadsheet. Are these call centre agents trained by Microsoft where they sit in front of a screen, recite verbatim from a manual, provide reference numbers because that is what needs to be done and then everything disappears into cyberspace. CAN SOMEONE AT MTN PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ELSE MUST I DO TO GET THIS URL REPORT. The Reference numbers is question are ********** 31 and ********** 47. 3G sim number is ********** 107.</p>
