I called the call center today to claim my ****** phone. Spoken to Alicia De Waal. She was warm and nice over phone and made me comfortable, explained all the steps , forms emailed to my id to my id, did a follow-up call to confirm receipt. Then later when I sent my form, I did some mistake and she called me back again and collected the missing data over phone and helped me to submit the form properly in time. Her passion and sincerity about customer service impressed me a lot. She was going out of the ways to help me and I appreciate it a lot. It changed my perception about insurance call center experience. Well done Alicia. We need more people like you in the industry.
