I have dealt with Mtn insurance several times, but this time round I have to compliment Alicia De Waal. Wow what amazing service I got from this lady. All the years I had dealings with Mtn insurance I always had to call and email and after a month a positive outcome, this time around my claim was processed, feedback received immediately, and within a week and a half a new device. Alicia stayed in contact with me all the time , I am very impressed . This lady does amazing work and gives excellent customer services. Well done Alicia De Waal
