Will Alice van der Merwe of MTN please phone me or my mother at FourieFismer Incorporated to finalise this matter. My number is ********** or Ronel Steenkamp ********** or (012) ********** x 22. How can a refund me promised in writing by Willie Loots and then be retracted. Now Alice Van der Merwe is giving us this bad attitude. No wonder there is so many complaints about MTN on HELLO PETER every day.

This was the response from Willie.
The customer still owes MTN money for outstanding subscription fees , I will take full accountability for what transpired.
The balance owing will be credited against the account, no refund due.
Please note the there is no refund due to the customer as my calculations was done wrong.
I have decided to credit the write off balance which the customer still owes us for the inconvenience caused.
Your complaint is now finalised on Hello Peter, if you keep on posting on Hello Peter the same response will be copy and paste for feedback.
