Alexander Forbes still waiting for documentation

I gave my month notice of resignation with my last working day 7 June 2015. I contacted Alexander Forbes, who handles the pension fund, via Facebook messenger and email, on which they rep**** no documents have been received for the withdrawal of my funds. Promises were made that I will receive feedback, but until now I haven't had any positive feedback, just excuses.<br> I mailed HR at MTN several times and doesn't looks like if any real effort is made to make sure that my documents reach Alexander Forbes. It's already more then a month I left the company and has the process been delayed. I have accounts to pay, which seems to me they don't care. I want this processed immediately and Alexander Forbes requested to speed up the pay out of the funds, as I know that the last contributions have been paid over.
