Alex Mall Manager and stuff good for nothing & ***********

MTN shop Alex Manager Thabo and stuff good for nothing & *********** . Still waiting for my phone brought to there shop 1 July 2018, cell still at the shop they have not sent it for repairs yet and now they are telling me I must pay for the repairs and the cell is still under warranty, I don't understand why must I pay. I have to call them day after day for an update today they tell me I must pay. Please can someone assist me.
