***** Alert - MTN Contacts do not work when you need them!

The only way to contact MTN is to dial 135. After responding to several menu options to get where you want, you just get cut off. I have had 2 recent ***** attempts but it is impossible to reach MTN. I sent emails to Customer Care and ***** Department and only received an auto reply. You are told to contact MTN immediately if you have a ***** situation - good luck with that! There appears to be a massive security loophole with the MyMTN App. This could easily be prevented with better technology and security checks. As an ex-employee and shareholder of MTN, I am deeply concerned about this visible increase in ***** and lack of concern from MTN. To all MTN subscribers - Please be overly careful!
