Alberton staff lazy to work - always sending customers to other branches

I went to MTN Alberton where I renewed my contract to assist me with resetting a password for my router and they guy was just not interested in helping me except to tell me that I need to MTN Eastgate for assistance as they have technicians there. This was a drive and when I got to MTN Eastgate I was shocked when I was assisted by a normal Consultant at the counter. They further advised that Alberton branch should have been able to assist, but I guess they are very lazy because it was the 2nd time I went there for assistance with a phone and they referred me to other normal phone shops where I had to pay. Why should I keep 2contracts with MTN when their closest branch which is Alberton is so useless I must always drive far for assistance. This is ridiculous, I need help with resetting of this password again and this Alberton branch must get their act together and start working and not be happy to decorate their counters for nothing!
