Airtime went missing.

I would give MTN 0 stars if I could, I bought R1000 airtime in February and paid all the airtime advance I had with them, yet it still shows that I’m owing airtime advance and my remaining airtime went from R150 to their reward R55 airtime without even making a single phone call, MTN is taking my airtime without my consent. I want my airtime back
