Airtime used instead of the available data on mtn

I purchased airtime and video data using loyalty points. When on YouTube the airtime was deducted instead of the data; out of bundle is disabled though. I can't get hold of mtn consultant to speak with and explain my problem, the 135 and 136 numbers have no option to speak to a consultant. The data is still there but not used when on YouTube
