Airtime Theft

My brother bought me R50 airtime, but when I checked my balance, it was not credited. I then called MTN Customer Support twice, and each time they were not helpful at all. They advised me to restart my phone and this should fix it, but after I did this, it had not been credited. This is what I was told both times.

Thus far my account is out R50, and it feels like MTN has ****** my money, not even giving me a decent explanation.
