Airtime Theft
<p>I have a mychoice 200 contract which gives 200 minutes on the 7th of every month. Last night I had accumulated 871 minutesaccording to the MTN app. Today I check and instead of going up to 1071 inutes it has been reduced to 400 minutes. They have ****** 671 minutes of airtime that I paid for. Can I lay charge at my local police station. I have been with MTN for 21 years and had problems but this is disgusting. The arragance and distain they treat the customers with is second only to the ANC. I willbe casting my good-bye vote as soon as my contracts are finished</p>

What is a cap rule. Who set it. What right have you got to just remove my minutes. I do not accept this pathetic reply. I intend to take this to the Consumer Ombud. I have forwarded my complaint to the Sunday Times cosumer writer

As yet the theft of airtime continues unabated. I read an article Wendy Knowler today and it is happening to thousands of their customers. MTN you are *******. You can fail to reply to emails,sms and Facebook,but the Ombud is coming for you Eddie Moyes you are a marked man
