Airtime that NEVER stays!

I bought R15 airtime at 10:34 to make call. I tried calling a friend 3 times but the phone wasn't going through. The fourth time it said your airtime finished or something like that, this was st 10:40. It's like MTN wants to take after Vodacom and **** it's clients. This is shocking because it's for this same reason I stopped buying airtime, if I do it'll be small amounts like R15 airtime to make my calls and be done. It's been long now that this has been happening and I'm fed up! Does MTN feel that your airtime can't just be sitting in your phone if you don't use it that they feel the need to take it. How much have they taken then in this case?

I meant to rate it below 1!! So now I have to buy more airtime, since I didn't get to make my call or are you MTN going to do something about it?
