Airtime taken no explanation

I have a query with ktn this network bid ripping me off I just loaded 30 MTN airtime immediately it says 70 free air time received no don't want the free airtime I want to call other networks, when I call I don't get proper explanation I will be told what's up This is nonsense and ridiculous pls someone sort this out no it's not right
