Airtime taken instead of minutes

Good day I have voice minutes on my phone , I made a call today and the call took some of my minutes and used my airtime. After the call I checked and saw that I have 35 minutes for all network but the call took my airtime instead of the minutes. Can Mtn please sort it self out . I’m tired of their tricks to the extend I want to port to other networks
