I tried calling your customer services 083135. ONLY caters for contracts numbers and not pay as go. How does changing your number make it easier?

My airtime is being ******!!!!

I had just loaded 180 on 28.3.2018 and R 60 on 3.4.2018 but I never made calls to the full value.

Please urgently investigate and reimburse.
