Airtime ****

Morning, my experience with airtime ******* occurred in Jan 2021, I received a call from MTN informing me that my sim card has been swoped and if I know anything about it if not she will stop the process and send an SMS as proof of stopping it. The SMS was sent with the otp number and she asked for it to complete the process from there I received received an SMS showing my airtime balance is 0 . I called MTN and layed a complain and got a reference number. This month they suspended my phones because I owe R4614.17 caused by ********. I have emailed their ***** department and waiting.
