airtime ******s
I bought R50 worth of airtime today and after purchasing data to the value of about R12, my airtime is depleted. The data bundles are still there but, I have no airtime left. I did not even make a single voice call! When calling in I was advised to call after 21:00 this evening! I have found this inexplicable disappearance of my airtime happening a lot in recent months, not even to myself alone. Everyone is complaining about MTN.

Kindly advised that I have checked on my side according to the system the airtime was used on internet together with data bundles as you had multiple sessions opened at the same time , social, messaging, default browser and internal DNS. The data was not enough to accommodate all those open sessions so it took from airtime as well.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and that we are able to restore your faith in us.
