Airtime renewed after 1st

On 1st November my cell cut off and said I had insufficient airtime. The call centre said that it only renews at 12pm on the night of the 1st! You would think that contracts start on the 1st would be loaded with that airtime at 12:00:01 on the 1st BUT NO NOT MTN!!!!! They ***** a day of the contract.
