Airtime Refund

MTN is among the best service providers in terms of buying promos via the app. I have really enjoyed their service of 100GB data with only R230 a month. But now the challenge is that I have bought "work from home" data from MTN for only R60. When I have contacted them they told me that I have bought the data that is only accessible via router. So, What I need from them is at least refund in a form of airtime because I cannot let my money go to waste.
